To prepare the infusion of dandelion you need
– 3 glasses of water,
– 3 tea bags dandelion (you can also use 6-7 leaves),
– 1 pinch of cinnamon,
– A pinch of ginger
– Half a teaspoon of black pepper corns.
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and make heat for about 8 minutes (without boiling).
Filter and consumes 2 times a day.
